Any software product is only as good as the support is.


InfoStar Accounting Point of Sale systems and InfoCentral have a mandotry support/lisense contract.

This contract includes:
24 Hours telephonic suppport.
On-site support at a low rates.

All upgrades on the software.

One free on-site visit by support person per year.


For InfoPad, InfoAlbum and Easy Count we provide e-mail support only.


Hardware


We believe in supporting the local businesses where we do business. Therefor we advise our clients to purchases their hardware and consumebles from a local supplier. We help in the selecting the supplier and arranging the support the details with them. We also advise the supplier on what to supply and where to source it. During the InfoStar installation we give the supplier basic training on how to setup the hardware and maintain it.


To assist the hardware suppliers we keep loan equipement at our premises, that can be courier overnight to the end-users, when the need arise.
