Any software product is only as good as the support is. We provide the following support services:
- 24 Hours telephonic support.
- On-site support.
- Internet/VNC support via Crossloop.
- All upgrades is available on this site.
Most of our products have monthly of yearly mandatory support and license fee which includes the above for free or at much reduced rates.
Hardware
We believe in supporting the local businesses where we do business. Therefor our clients are free to purchases their hardware and consumables from a local supplier. We do help in the selecting the supplier and arranging the support the details with them. We also advise the supplier on what to supply and where to source it. During the InfoStar installation we give the supplier basic training on how to setup the hardware and maintain it.
To assist the hardware suppliers we keep loan equipment at our premises, that can be courier overnight to the end-users, when the need arise.
